What’s included in a workplace coffee machine rental?
Our workplace coffee setups include a commercial-grade coffee machine, installation, complimentary ongoing servicing, technical support, and ongoing coffee supply tailored to your team’s consumption. We can also assist with training at our dedicated barista academy or onsite at your premises to ensure your team gets the most out of the machine from day one.
Do you supply the coffee as well or just the machine?
Yes of course! However, the coffee is a separate cost to your machine rental. We provide both the coffee machine and ongoing coffee supply as part of our workplace coffee solution. We’ll recommend suitable blends based on your workplace preferences and organise regular deliveries to keep your office stocked with fresh specialty coffee.
What happens if the coffee machine breaks down?
We understand how important reliable coffee access is in a workplace environment. If an issue arises, our fully in-house team will assist with troubleshooting and arrange servicing as required. Regular servicing is included as part of your workplace setup to help minimise downtime and maintain performance. We are here to help whenever you need us!
Can we upgrade to a larger coffee machine as our team grows?
Absolutely. As your workplace, business, or your coffee consumption changes, we can recommend a larger or more suitable machine to better support your team and daily usage requirements. There is also the option to purchase a package outright.
What’s included in the weekly rental pricing?
Weekly pricing is tailored to your workplace size and coffee requirements, with packages starting from $40 + GST per week. Pricing includes the machine, servicing, support, and free Perth coffee delivery. You will gain access to a discounted rate on all of our coffee per kg. Minimum coffee order volumes may apply depending on the setup selected.
What’s the difference between workplace coffee rental and short-term coffee machine hire?
Our workplace coffee rentals are designed as long-term, ongoing solutions for offices and commercial spaces, including coffee supply, servicing, and support. Short-term coffee machine hire is typically suited to events, activations, conferences, or temporary setups requiring equipment for a day or a short limited period only.
Do you service areas outside Perth?
Yes. While we are based in Perth, Western Australia, we work with businesses across both metro and regional WA. If you are unsure whether we service your area, simply contact our team and we will discuss the best option for your workplace.
Can we trial a coffee machine before committing?
Yes for sure. Businesses are welcome to book a free coffee machine trial for one week or visit our Bibra Lake showroom to experience the machines and coffee firsthand before deciding on a setup.
Can we purchase a coffee machine outright instead of renting?
Yes. If you would prefer to own your setup, we also offer a range of commercial coffee machines for purchase. Our team can help recommend the right automatic or traditional machine based on your workplace size, workflow, and coffee requirements. We also offer the option of fantastic pre-loved machines that have been serviced by our technicians, giving you access to discounted prices.
